Wood Hall Hotel & Spa

We have just had a fantastic experience at Wood Hall Hotel & Spa, from checking in to departing. All of the staff were lovely and attentive without being intrusive and the food was amazing, so both service and our meal were great. The complimentary glass of birthday fizz was very appreciated. The spa area was compact, but clean and relaxing, I also had a manicure with Georgina who was lovely, very friendly and so informative as I asked questions about the process. Our deluxe room was spacious, clean and well stocked. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the establishment or the food. Thank you for a great birthday treat!

This hotel is something special and a favourite of mine for when I head north. All the staff I have come across have been lovely over the years and special mention to Gabi & Alex who always go the extra 5 miles to help me. Truly excellent and always exceeds my expectations. We've just come back from such a wonderful stay at this hotel! I cannot recommend it enough. Every member of staff was so attentive and welcoming. The spa treatment that I had (body combo) was absolutely fantastic, the best treatment I have had in as long as I can remember. The hotel itself is situated in the most beautiful location and the room was pure luxury, with an unbeatable view. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we felt completely looked after and spoilt! The food was really excellent too. Thank you for a wonderful stay! Would love to return again in the future.

I stayed here last weekend and honestly I was surprised how good it was. From the moment I walked in the staff were really friendly not in that fake over the top way, just normal and helpful which I appreciated after a long trip. Checkin was quick and they even let us go to the room a bit early which helped a lot. The room itself was super clean and the bed was one of those you fall into and don’t wanna leave in the morning. I slept better than I do at home lol. Bathroom was spotless too and the shower pressure was actually strong (rare in hotels for some reason). Breakfast was also really nice, loads of choice and everything tasted fresh. Coffee could of been a bit hotter but still decent. Location wise it was perfect for Harrogate and York. Overall I’d definitely stay here again. It just felt easy and comfortable, like nothing was a hassle. If you’re thinking about booking, I’d say go for it.

We stayed at this hotel over Valentine’s Day and had a really great time The restaurant was definitely a standout… the tasting menu was fantastic and really good value for money The waiters were professional, welcoming and very knowledgeble which made the whole evening feel extra special. The hotel had a lovely atmosphere throughout our stay and our room was clean and comfortable All in all, a brilliant stay and we’d happily return!

I recently attended a conference at the venue. The organisation was first class and lunch was very good. However I can’t praise them enough for their superb customer service. On arriving home ( 117 miles away) I realised I’d left my kindle scribe pen ( £70 to replace) in the conference room. I called them and they offered to post it to me at no cost. 3 days later the pen arrived in the post. Customer care over and above. I didn’t get the member of staffs name but thank you.

Review of the health club. An excellent facility, with amazing views and spa. It is very unique and a must visit. Shoutout to Ami who was really helpful in sorting an admin query out, this really meant a lot to me. Thank you. I will love to return as a member of Wood Hall when working local in Wetherby and surrounding areas.

Room was lovely. Our 2 dogs were greeted with their own beds provided by the hotel. Along with individual water and food bowls. Food and service were great. I had a full body massage and Georgia who did my treatment was amazing and even talked me through after care which I appreciate. I would highly recommend
